  1. This is such a wonderful idea! The only thing we usually do as an activity is counting how many bites are left. Getting my son to eat ANYTHING is truly a chore all in itself.

      1. To be honest I don’t really have any issues with just one thing, my son with usually eat breakfast with no fuse, sometimes lunch, but dinner he just really doesn’t want it or takes an hr or more to finish. I’ve tried so many different things and to be honest I’m not sure what else to do! If you have any ides that might be helpful I will be greatful😊

      2. You know, it may be worth talking to a nutritionist. I’ve heard the general rule that toddlers tend to eat 2 ‘good’ meals a day and forego the third, but of course this is such a general statement! if your son’s eating a good variety and getting the calories he needs a nutritionist would be able to tell you and maybe you wouldn’t have to worry so much about dinner!

      3. He is really healthy and very proportioned. He’s kinda tall but fit. He has very good muscle tone for a 3 yr old lol. But literally never stops running and playing. I will look into the nutritionist, no other doctors can find a problem so maybe they could help. Thank you again!

  2. I love your ideas. My teen is working through an eating disorder, (she’s doing great) but I want our 4 yr old to enjoy food and understand nutrition at the same time. I think I’m going to LOVE your blog!!!
